As of April 7, 2025, our Huntington staff and all services will be moved to our Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Health Center in Wyandanch (1556 Straight Path, Wyandanch, NY).

We will also have services available to you at our Maxine S. Postal Community Health Center in Amityville (1080 Sunrise Highway, Amityville, NY) or any of our other health centers that are convenient to you. All patient appointments will be moved to one of these other sites as of the date above.

Please note that you can continue with your same clinician and care team in Wyandanch without interruption.

This change is being made to meet patient demand, and because of the limited hours we’ve been able to offer at Huntington. During this transition, the Huntington site will be temporarily closed.

A public meeting will take place at Sun River Health Huntington on Wednesday, March 12 at 6:00pm during which our Chief Operating Officer will be able to address any concerns.
