Senior Vice President of Human Resources Operations

As the Senior Vice President of Human Resources Operations for Sun River Health, Jennifer Maine is responsible for all operations relating to employee and labor relations, recruitment, onboarding, HRIS, total rewards, and learning and professional development. She develops strategic plans, collaborates with the executive and management teams, ensures compliance, and analyzes human resource operations. She also serves on the CHCANYS Workforce Committee. Jennifer received her Master’s in Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts degree from John Jay College.
