Andrew Richter, PhD serves as the Treasurer of the Sun River Health Board of Directors. He first became involved with Sun River Health specifically, then known as the Peekskill Area Health Center, in 1999. Mr. Richter is dedicated to helping Sun River Health continue to grow while remaining true to its mission, maintaining quality, fostering innovation, and staying financially strong.
