Sun River Health’s Adult Day Health Center (ADHC) is a community-based, long-term care program delivering social support, medically supervised care, and recreation for people with chronic conditions like HIV, hepatitis C and substance use concerns.

We are a welcoming, LGBTQ-affirming community that offers two hot meals a day with excellent food and a community of peers and staff. Translation services available.

Sun River Health Adult Day Health Center offers complete care services:

  • Group and individual counseling
  • Medical care
  • Art therapy
  • Substance abuse treatment
  • Recreational activities / Outings
  • Daily meals
  • Transportation (MetroCard, reimbursement, or van service)
