Stephannie Furtak, CNM is a certified nurse midwife at Sun River Health. She received her master’s degree as a nurse, nurse midwife, and women’s health nurse practitioner from the University of California in San Francisco. Prior to joining Sun River Health, she served patients at Optum Medical Care in Poughkeepsie, New York and Bay Area Phlebotomy and Lab Services in San Francisco and Oakland, California. Ms. Furtak is licensed to practice as a certified nurse midwife in the State of New York and is certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board.
