Rachel Lowenstein, LMSW is a social worker at Sun River Health. She received her master’s degree in social work from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College in New York City. Prior to joining Sun River Health, she served patients in Brooklyn through NYC Health + Hospitals. Ms. Lowenstein is licensed to practice as an LMSW in the State of New York.

Sun River Health behavioral / mental health specialists, including licensed social workers, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and primary care providers, work with our patients to make sure that every part of their health is taken care of. Our care team gets to know our patients’ individual health needs, learn about their health history, keeps track of any medications they are taking, and works with them to create a personal care plan.
