Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Patricia Boltin, PNP is a pediatric nurse practitioner at Sun River Health. Holding a BSN from Fitchburg State College in Massachusetts, she went on to receive her MSN in nursing from Yale University in Connecticut and an MPH from the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City. Serving patients at Sun River Health for more than 20 years, she has also served patients at the Morris Heights Health Center in the Bronx. Ms. Boltin is licensed to practice as a pediatric nurse practitioner in the State of New York and is certified by the American Board of Nurse Practitioners.
