Patrice Fraser, DNP, FNP

Family Nurse Practitioner

Patrice Fraser, DNP, FNP is a family nurse practitioner at Sun River Health. A graduate of the SUNY Downstate Medical Center College of Nursing in Brooklyn, she went on to complete her DNP at Pace University in Manhattan. Prior to joining Sun River Health, she served patients at Tri-State Medical in the Bronx, New York City Migrant Project, Care For The Homeless, and the Centerlight PACE Health System. Ms. Fraser is licensed to practice as a family nurse practitioner and a registered nurse in the State of New York.
