O’neil Goulbourne, FNP is a family nurse practitioner at Sun River Health. He received his MS in nursing from CUNY Lehman College in the Bronx. Prior to joining Sun River Health, he served patients at AFC Urgent Care in Hartsdale, Bon Secours Community Hospital in Port Jervis, and St. Joseph’s Hospital in Yonkers.
