He completed a General Practice Residency at Castle Point Veterans’ Administration in Castle Point, NY, and a Fellowship in Dental Care for the Developmentally Disabled at the Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in Stony Brook, NY.

Dr. Kumar is Board Certified in Dentistry through the North East Regional Board.
