Family Nurse Practitioner

Jane Choi, FNP is a family nurse practitioner at Sun River Health. A graduate of SUNY Binghamton, she received her MSN as a family nurse practitioner from SUNY Update Medical in Syracuse. Prior to joining Sun River Health, she served patients at Community Medical and Dental Care in Monsey, New York and Concentra Urgent Care. Ms. Choi is licensed as a family nurse practitioner in the State of New York and is certified by the American Nurses academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board.
