Daniel Miller, MD

Family Medicine

Daniel Miller, MD has been a board-certified family physician for more than 30 years, and currently oversees all residency training and behavioral health integration at Sun River Health. He is an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at New York Medical College, serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), and is the Chair of its Committee on Service Integration for Behavioral Health and HIV.

Sun River Health family physicians provide excellent, comprehensive primary and preventive care to patients of all ages. Our care team gets to know our patients’ individual health needs, learn about their health history, keeps track of any medications they are taking, and works with them to create a personal care plan.
