Physician Assistant

Chandradai Datt, RPA-C is a physician assistant at Sun River Health. A graduate of Union College in Schenectady, New York, she went on to receive her MS from Albany Medical College. Prior to joining Sun River Health, she served patients at Main Street Medical in Hauppauge, Planned Parenthood in Smithtown, and Hometown Health Center in Schenectady. Ms. Datt is licensed as a physician assistant in the State of New York and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
