Q: Will Sun River Health share my information with law enforcement or immigration
enforcement agencies?
A: Sun River Health does not collect immigration status from any patient. Unless ordered to do
so, Sun River Health will not disclose any personal information to any law enforcement or
immigration enforcement agency.
Q: Can I get care at Sun River Health if I am undocumented or if I do not show proof of
citizenship?
A: Yes. You and your family are welcome at Sun River Health no matter your immigration or
citizenship status, and no matter your ability to pay. We will provide access to your care without
concern for these matters.
Q: What if I am concerned about coming to a health center? Can I change my in-person
visits to virtual visits?
A: If you have concerns about an upcoming appointment, or about making an appointment, we
can help. You may be able to switch your in-person appointment to a telemedicine appointment.
