Brookhaven Town Supervisor and Black History Commission organized outdoor festival on Saturday, June 18, 2022 on 205 Longwood Road, Ridge. A community event that will focus on youth entrpreneurs who have products and talent to present. In addition Music, Dancing, Good, Games and Kids Activities.

Red Carpet Award Brunch for 150 people held at Gershwin Park/ Linden Park in East New York. There will be a keynote speaker, elected officials and named awards given to community members who have been examples of one of the 7 principles of Kwanzaa (Unity, purpose, creativity, faith, self determination, economics and collective work).
