Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)

Azin Jannatifar, CM is a certified midwife at Sun River Health. She received her bachelor’s degree in midwifery from the Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences and Health Services in Yazd, Iran, and obtained her master’s degree in midwifery from SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn. Ms. Jannatifar is licensed to practice as a Midwife in the State of New York and is certified with the American Midwifery Certification Board.
