Samaria Harper, LMHC is a licensed mental health counselor at Sun River Health. She received her MS in mental health counseling from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, New York. Prior to joining Sun River Health, she worked at Harlem East Life Plan in New York City and The Children’s Village in Dobbs Ferry. Ms. Harper is licensed to practice as an LMHC in the State of New York.
