Daniel Azof, MD is an urgent care family medicine physician at Sun River Health. A graduate of the St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, he went on to complete a general surgery residency at the Brooklyn Hospital Center, followed by a family medicine residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai South Nassau in Oceanside. Prior to joining Sun River Health, he served patients at CityMD in Queens. Dr. Azof is licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
