Colleen Surlyn, MD

Colleen Surlyn, MD is an internal medicine physician at Sun River Health. A graduate of the New York University School of Medicine, she went on to complete a three-year internal medicine internship and residency program at the University of California School of Medicine in San Francisco. Prior to joining Sun River Health, she served patients at Galileo Health in New York City, Whitney Young Health in Albany, and the San Francisco Department of Public Health. Dr. Surlyn is licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York and is certified by the American Board of Preventive Medicine, with a subspecialty in addiction medicine.
