Maritza Jerome, DO is a family medicine physician and Site Medical Director for Sun River Health Park Care in Yonkers. A graduate of the UMDNJ Rowan School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, New Jersey, she went on to complete her internship and residency in family medicine at Jamaica Hospital in New York. Prior to joining Sun River Health, she served patients at Mount Sinai Doctors Urgent Care, Montefiore Medical Group – West Farms Family Practice, and Throgs Neck Urgent Medical Care. Dr. Jerome is licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York and is certified through the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine. She speaks both English and Spanish.
