Sun River Health will soon be receiving 7 portable EyePACS machines to aid in the administration of retinal exams for our patients, specifically those living with diabetes. Annual retinal exams are extremely important for diabetic patients to detect and treat sight-threatening complications of diabetes. Through funds raised at our recent Cornucopia celebration, Sun River Health purchased the $10,000 machines, which can be used throughout our service area.
