Foluke Akinola, PMHNP is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Sun River Health. She received her MSN from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Prior to joining Sun River Health, she served patients at At Your Side Home Care Agency, South Shore Association for Independent Living, and Riker’s Island Correctional Facility. Ms. Akinola is licensed as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner in the State of New York and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Sun River Health behavioral / mental health specialists, including licensed social workers, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and primary care providers, work with our patients to make sure that every part of their health is taken care of.
